France Galop is conducting a major survey to find out what racehorse owners really want.
The 6,000 racehorse owners registered in France come from very diverse backgrounds (age, country of residence, occupation, number of horses owned, form of ownership, etc…). But despite their differences, they all share a common interest in racing and are passionate about horses.
France Galop would love to find out more about the owners who have horses in training in France.
To this end, the organiser of French racing is conducting a comprehensive survey (50 questions), which will be sent out to its owners by email on 20 April. Questions will be sent out in several languages (French, English, German and Italian).
The aim is to hear from as many people as possible to obtain their views on their experiences in the racing world and to better understand their aspirations.
The results of this survey will help us identify what needs to be done to provide owners with an even better experience that meets their expectations.
Owners have until the 10th of May to take part in this online survey, which will take a maximum of 15 minutes to complete.
