Stall positions for the Qatar Arabian World Cup and the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe will be revealed on Thursday, 1 October during the Arc Opening Ceremony. The event will take place at the Salle Wagram in Paris, with connections of the runners and racing personalities in attendance.

Strict security measures to keep the 2026 Qatar Arabian World Cup and Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe draws secret
On Thursday, 1 October, stall positions for the 2026 Qatar Arabian World Cup and the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe will be revealed during The Arc Opening Ceremony presented by Cygames. The Qatar Arabian World Cup stall positions will be revealed at 20.15, followed by the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at 20.45 (French time). The ceremony will be broadcast live on France Galop’s YouTube channel (LINK).
To ensure that the results remain secret until they are officially revealed, the draws will be conducted under the supervision of two judicial officers.
The video sequences showing the results will be produced in advance following a strict security protocol.
Only authorised personnel will have access to the results, which will be kept strictly under wraps.
Under the supervision of the two judicial officers, the results will then be transported to the Salle Wagram and kept secure until they are officially revealed during the ceremony.

The Tokyo racecourse gets into Arc mode! From 21.00, fans can watch the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe live on a giant screen at the Tokyo racecourse.
This fan zone, which was first introduced three years ago, will be bigger this year, with a talk show featuring several stars of Japanese television.
Also included in the program: special activities, flags in the colours of the Japanese runners, a tombola in partnership with France Galop and an evening behind-the-scenes tour of the racecourse.
Nearly 10,000 people are expected to attend the public screening.
