    The 2019 renewal of the Prix du Palais-Royal (Gr3), run on Thursday over 7 furlongs at ParisLongchamp, is worthy of a Group 1 event! The Hungarian prodigy Tour to Paris (Fuissé) made quite a sensation for his debut outside his country when winning easily by 4 lengths, defeating Orbaan on this same course and distance after a lap on his own, as he's left his rider in the starting stalls …

    Now trained in Chantilly by Pia Brandt and still unbeaten in nine races over 5 to 7 furlongs, he will have to face the title holder Polydream (Oasis Dream), who disappointed for her return as she was again tested over the mile in the Prix du Muguet (Gr2). A promising 4th that day, Tornibush (Dream Ahead) races for the family of famous footballer Antoine Griezmann and won on this course and distance last year in the Qatar Prix du Pin (Gr3) on good ground.

    Six of the nine runners won last time out, including Tour to Paris : Spinning Memories (Arcano), Urwald (Le Havre), Marianafoot (Footstepinthesand), King Malpic (King’s Best) and the English raider Hey Gaman (New Approach) will challenge the French-bred phenomenon, and so will Fas (Fastnet Rock), who was very promising early in his career but failed to show his true self lately.
