This Saturday, head to Deauville to cool off… and enjoy a thrilling morning of racing!

A change of scenery awaits for this eight-race fixture! Originally scheduled to take place at Chantilly, the meeting has been transferred to Deauville due to the weather conditions. Before heading to the beach, make a stop at the racecourse between 9.00am and 12.30pm, where an exciting programme is in store.
At 9.30am, all eyes will be on the Prix du Bois – B.P.E. Lecieux (Gr.3), a straight-track 1,200-metre sprint for two-year-olds. The highly regarded Tokaido is expected to start favourite. Trained in France by English handler Amy Murphy, the colt comes into the race on the back of two convincing victories on Chantilly’s straight course, including the preparatory race for this Group 3.
The meeting features several other highlights. On the all-weather track, the Tattersalls Prix de Saint-Patrick (L.) will bring together nine three-year-old colts. The spotlight will be firmly on Erdenali, who remains unbeaten after two starts and will be looking to maintain his flawless record.
The fillies will also have their moment in the spotlight in the Tattersalls Prix de Bagatelle (L.). Several high-class contenders will be aiming to confirm their ability after taking on the very best. Among them are Narissa and Fashion City, who finished fourth and sixth respectively in the Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr.1).
Finally, two races reserved for amateur riders will complete the morning programme, adding further variety to an entertaining card.
