By applying the provisions of French law no. 2018-771 of 5th September 2018 regarding the freedom to choose one’s professional future (art. 104), specified by decree no.2019-15 of 8th January 2019, the gender equality index is calculated according to five markers:

  • Pay gap: 36/40,
  • Gap in distribution of individual pay rises: 20/20,
  • Promotion gap: 5/15,
  • Percentage of female employees given a pay rise upon their return from maternity leave: 15/15,
  • Number of employees from the under-represented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5/10.
