Monday, May 17 2021, Chantilly Racecourse (Oise). - Unbeaten in three races, Suesa (Night of Thunder) has added a 4th success that seals her rising star status in emphatic fashion. She was never approached in the Prix Texanita (Gr3), a 6-frulong dash for 3-year-olds only. Her trainer François Rohaut nos plans a trip to Royal Ascot for the Commonwealth Cup (Gr1).

Suesa won on pretty much every kind of ground already and this time, she beat Louliana (Acclamation) by three lengths without much hassle.

Bought by George Strawbridge after her Prix Yacowlef win last season, Suesa is the best foal out of Sally is the Boss (Orpen), whose offspring never put the market on fire. Suesa made € 17,000 as a weanling when sold to McKeever Bloodstock. She started her career for Spanish owner Georgiana Cabrero. Sinc her winning debut, however, no sibling has made it to the ring. Her only brother to have run before her, Valle Inclan (Elusive Pimpernel) was sold €8,000€ as a weanling in 2015 for Bishopstown Stud and won four races including 3 in Spain and a claimer in France at Saint-Cloud.
