MARQUISAT (c2), IRE by Zarak ex La Marchesa (Duke of Marmalade)

Prix Antivari (Unraced 2-year-old colts and geldings, 1,500m/7.5f), October 31, Saint-Cloud

Owner: Godolphin

Trainer: André Fabre

Breeders: Mark Dixon & Mount Coote Stud

Rider: Mickaël Barzalona

The favourite Marquisat (Zarak) took an average start but was able to be geared towards the fore in the turn as he sneaked inside the whole field, who had elected to turn wider than. the rail positioned 18 metres away from the actual rail. And so, the Godolphin colt entered the last straight along with the early leader So Spirit (Siyouni) and both colts started to fight each other by the outside rail, Marquisat finally taking over to score by 3 lengths, Woodstock City (Churchill), who had travelled close to So Spirit, finishing third at one and a half lengths.

Marquisat was bought for £42,000 at Tattersalls last year. In October this season, however, Munster Syndicate bought his New Bay yearling brother for £30,000 after his close relative Dreamloper (Lope de Vega) had won the Prix d’Ispahan (Gr1) and the Prix du Moulin de Longchamp (Gr1). The Epsom Oaks winner Talent (New Approach) is also featured on the catalogue page.

LA SAPIENZA (f2), IRE by Shamardal ex Light Spirit (New Approach)

Prix Douve (Unraced 2-year-old fillies, 1,500m/7.5f), October 31, Saint-Cloud

Owner: Godolphin

Trainer: André Fabre

Breeder: Godolphin

Rider: Mickaël Barzalona

The race's favourite La Sapienza (Shamardal) travelled in third place and long seemed outpaced but finally reached momentum in the last furlong to score in pretty convincing fashion, beating the leader Neomeris (Anodin) by two lengths while Excellent Truth (Cotai Glory) finished well in thrid at a good length .

The Godolphin homebred La Sapienza is the first foal out of Light Spirit (New Approach), winner for her debut at Senonnes and never again, sold by Godolphin in foal to Exceed and Excel for €70,000 to Old Carhue Stud at Goffs after she gave a filly, also by Exceed and Excel, to Godolphin. The resulting filly was sold €35,000 to Grange Stud at the last Orby sale. The family did well in the Southern Hemisphere via Polish Princess (Polish Precedent), dam of 4 Group winners in Australia and New Zealand, including Zebrowski (Savabeel), who now competes at the highest level in Hong Kong.

PRINCE DE PANAME (g2), FRA by Pedro the Great ex Rock of the Moon (Rock of Gibraltar)

Prix du Mont César (Maiden 2-year-old colts & geldings, 1,900m/9.5f AWT), October 30, Chantilly

Owners: Patrick Madar, C&Y Lerner, Serge Assous

Trainers: C&Y Lerner

Breeder: Haras d’Haspel

Rider: Tony Piccone

One of the two beginners in this maiden race, the gelded Prince de Paname (Pedro the Great) was held in last until the last straight and came forward in between horses to take over one of the race's front runners, Mononof (Zelzal), who travelled outside most of the way. They were only separated by a neck while Hamsiyann (Lope de Vega) finished well in third at one length, possibly outpaced at the crucial point.

The winner if the first foal out of Rock of the Moon (Rock of Gibraltar), who was racing for his breeder Jean-François Gribomont with Jean-Claude Rouget and then Cédric Rossi, down in the South of France, where she won two races and earned about € 41,000 in two full seasons, having run 29 races.

Privately sold for €5,000 at Arqana in February 2018 to Mab Agency, she first gave this Prince de Paname, paid €30,000 by the Lerners, and hen a Johnny Barnes filly whom Haras d'Haspel bought back for €22,000 last Sepember. A Cloth of Stars colt was born since then. Rock of the Moon is a sister to the good Pretreville (Acclamation), a Gr3 mile winner in France, and in Ireland over 7 furlongs last Summer.

ADELIADE (f2), (IRE) by Australia ex High Quality (Invincible Spirit)

Prix de la Voie du Garde (Maiden 2-year-old Fillies, 1,900m/9.5f AWT), October 30, Chantilly

Owners: Wertheimer & Frère

Trainer: André Fabre

Breeders: Wertheimer & Frère

Rider: Maxime Guyon

10th for her debut in the Prix de Toutevoie over Chantilly's turf mile, Adeliade (Australia) showed her better face here after travelling in 4th position. She won by 3.5 lengths without seeming to be extended that much, while Robinie (Cracksman) finished well in second, baking one of the front runners,  White Swan (Lope de Vega).

Adeliade estis the second foal and the first winner out of High Quality (Invicible Spirit), a dual winner for the same connections but always well beaten whenever she was trialled at Group level. High Quality also gave a No Nay Never yearling colt and a Lope de Vega filly born in 2022. Wertheimer & Frère seems to invest in this family, which makes perfect sense since the dam is a full sister to the champion gelding Solow (Singspiel). Their other sister  High Profile (Dansili), was sold a maiden for €200,000 at the 2019 Arqana Breeding sale, at 3, to Mab Agency for Claude Lambert. Since then, she met Nathaniel, whose yearling colt was sold at Arqana by Haras du Logis Saint-Germain to Tina Rau for €67,000. She also gave a Blue Point filly born in 2022.

SOSINO (c2), IRE by New Approach ex Sosia (Shamardal)

Prix Bend’Or (Maiden 2-year-old colts & geldings, 1,500m/7.5f), October 28, Saint-Cloud

Owners: Wertheimer & Frère

Trainer: Carlos Laffon Parias

Breeders: Wertheimer & Frère

Rider: Maxime Guyon

Third to First Minister (Galileo) on this course and distance for his debuts, Sosino (New Approach) this promising display. Against only four rivals here, Sosino only went away in the last two furlongs, taking over two lengths over Circeo (Pastorius), who'd already finished just behind him for their common debuts. Venice (Almanzor) took third place one length behind after being outpaced early in the final dash.

Out of the Listed-placed Sosia (Sahel), Sosino is a brother to Anasia (Intello), a dual Listed winner also three times placed in Gr3 races, and to Copie (Iffraaj), a Listed-winner in Germany.

Sosia is a sister to Sortilège (Tiger Hill), a Gr1-winner in Italy, and Soudania (Sea The Stars), a Gr3-winner. The third dam Sacarina (Old Vic) gave the German Derby winning full brothers Schiaparelli (Monsun) and Samum (Monsun), while their sister Salve Regina (Monsun) won the German Oaks.

Sosia's first foal, a Mastercraftsman filly, was sold in 2019 at the Arqana Summer sales. Maiden after six races, she was still bought for €31,000 by SARL HSV Agency and later produced two Sea The Moon foals since.

Sahel (Monsun), a full sister to Schiaparelli and Samum, was sold at the breeding sales to Gestüt Fährhof for £350,000.

A full brother to this filly is for sale in November at Tattersalls.

PRIJA (f2), FRA by Shalaa ex Plaisancière (Astronomer Royal)

Prix Ortie Blanche (Maiden 2-yar-old Fillies, 1,500m/7.5f), October 28, Saint-Cloud

Owners: Gérard L., Mélanie & Romain Ferron

Trainer: Markus Nigge

Breeder: Ecurie M. Tschopp

Rider: Aurélien Lemaître

Third at Saint-Cloud for her debuts, Prija (Shalaa) prevailed this time. The race was led by Stam Wars (Seabhac), who faded in the last furlong as her followers went forward. Prija was only pushed away and yet left her rivals at almost 6 lengths  Fille du Roi (Belardo) and Bombina (Dark Angel) finished then only separated by a nose.

Prija is by the Prix Morny (Gr1) winning sire Shalaa (Invincible Spirit), quite successful since his arrival at stud in Haras de Bouquetot In 2017, She's also out of the Listed-placed Plaisancière (Astronomer Royal). The dam finished 9 times out of 12 in the frame and this 75% strike rate is repeated by her offspring : Prija is her 3rd winner of 4 foals of racing age. Prija was her first filly, followed by a Zarak filly who made €72,000 when bloodstock agent Guy Petit bought her at the last Arqana October sales.

Plaisancière had been bought at 5 by Agence Fips at the Arqana 2016 mixed sale for € 42,000. All her foals eventually ended up consigned by Haras de l’Hôtellerie in Deauville. Prija was bought privately by Markus Nigge in 2021 for €22,000.

HEARTACHE TONIGHT (f2), FRA by Recorder ex Salvation (Montjeu)

Prix de Sablonville (Maiden 2-year-old Fillies, 1,800m/9f), October 23, ParisLongchamp

Owners: Chris Wright & Andy McDonald

Trainer: David Menuisier

Breeder: Sylvain Vidal

Rider: Lucas Zuliani

Even though she was competing with experienced maiden fillies, the beginner Heartache Tonight (Recorder) took the lead over the Longchamp heavy turf and won easily by two and a half lengths. The second-placed Indian Gold (The Grey Gatsby) always travelled near the winner, and so did the third-placed Rosir (Style Vendome).

Heartache Tonight is a sister to the champion mare Wonderful Tonight (Le Havre), a Champion Filly and Mare Stakes and Prix de Royallieu winner for the same connections as the filly, awarded to Crispin de Moubray for €120,000 at Arqana. Her own 3-year-old maiden brother is in the Arqana Autumn sale.

Heartache Tonight's 3rd dam is also that of the great Camelot, by Montjeu, like the filly's dam …

A colt and a filly by Le Havre follow, both being full brother and sister to Wonderful Tonight.

SNOWPARK (f2), by Dubawi ex Starlet’s Sister (Galileo)

Prix de Hotot-en-Auge (Maiden 2-ear-old Fillies, 1,600m/1m), October 20, Deauville

Owner: Ecurie des Monceaux

Trainer: Jean-Claude Rouget

Breeder: Ecurie des Monceaux

Rider: Cristian Demuro

First held up, Snowpark (Dubawi) produced an effective acceleration to take the lead in the end and score by half a length over Kamiyah (Frankel), a sister to Al Wukair (Dream Ahead), who also finished well, while Faial (Siyouni), a sister to the Lagardere winner National Defense, stayed on well after leading the race.

The winner is a sister to the great Sistercharlie (Myboycharlie), a French Oaks second and multiple Gr1-winner in the USA, to the Gr1-placed My Sister Nat (Acclamation) and above all to Sottsass (Siyouni), a Qipco Prix du Jockey Club and Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe victor. Sottsass's full brother is the Deauville August top price at €2,100,000, paid by Yoshito Yahagi.

VALIMI (c2), by Teofilo ex Valdaya (Acclamation)

Prix de Saint-Désir (Maiden 2-year-old colts and geldings, 1,600m/1m), October 20, Deauville

Owner: H.H. Aga Khan

Trainer: Jean-Claude Rouget

Breeder: Haras de S.A. Aga Khan SCEA

Rider: Coralie Pacaut

Valimi (Teofilo) joined other Aga-Khan-bred winners of this race, Zarak (Dubawi) and Erevann (Dubawi), in its roll of honour. Ridden forward, the handsome colt took off in the final stages, only trailed by American Flag (Wootton Bassett). They put 9 lengths between them and the remainder of the field.

Valimi (Teofilo) is the second foal out of Valdaya, a Deauville winner, who first gave Valdarann (Siyouni), a winner exported to Doha after being purchased for €50,000 at the Arqana 2021 Mixed sales. Valdaya is a sister to the 2012 French Oaks winner Valyra (Azamour). The family originates from a bloodline managed by Jean-Luc Lagardère comprising Val Royal (Royal Academy), a Breeders’ Cup Mile winner, andt Vazira (Sea The Stars), winner of the 2014 Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1).

JOJO LAPIN (g3), FRA by Cokoriko ex Voix du Sang (Westerner)

Prix Emillius Peloton A (3-year-old colts and geldings unraced over jumps, Hurdle race, 3,600m/2m2f), October 20, Auteuil

Owner: Haras de Saint-Voir

Trainer: David Cottin

Breeder: Haras de Saint-Voir

Rider: Kevin Nabet

Some fine pedigrees gathered in this section of the race, such as Montana du Berlais (Martaline), a full brother to the young sire Nirvana du Berlais (Martaline) and Aubusson (Ballingarry). He travelled behind a trio made of Brexit Flight (Spider Flight), Jojo Lapin (Cokoriko) and Pic Saint (Doctor Dino). While the ground proved too deep for the likes of Brexit Flight and Pic Saint in the back straight, Jazz Moon (Pethers’ Moon) moved forward from the rear to jump the last hurdle with Jojo Lapin and Montana du Berlais, well ahead of the field. Jojo Lapin finally repelled Jazz Moon, and Montana du Berlais finished third at one and a half lengths.

Cokoriko (Robin des Champs) once again sired a worthy young hurdler. The only active sire by Robin des Champs (Garde Royale), Cokoriko is a Listed-winner at Auteuil. Polirico, Congress 3yo Chase (Gr3) winner Polirico and Villa Rica, a Sagan 3yo Hurdle (Gr3) winner, were the earlier success of the Haras de Cercy resident. Il fait actuellement la monte au Haras de Cercy.

The winning dam Voix du Sang (Westerner) is unraced, but she foaled two good Gabriel Leenders trainees in Gooaaal (Coastal Path), Listed-placed chasing at Auteuil, and the consistent cross-country performer Image du Jour (Network).

The second dam, Line Saj (Dhaudevi), won 16 times for trainer Jacques Ortet and became the dam of the Grand Steeple winner Line Marine (Agent Bleu).

An unraced filly out of Line Marine, Line Garry (Ballingarry), went to the sales in 2011 in foal to Saint des Saints and was sold for €11,000 to Gildas Vaillant. The resulting colt born in 2012, named Saint Anjou, earned about half a million in racing.

SECRET D’ÉTAT (g3), FRA by Vision d’Etat ex Nougatissime (Great Pretender)

Prix Emillius Peloton B (3-year-old colts and geldings unraced over jumps, Hurdle race, 3,600m/2m2f), October 20, Auteuil

Owner: Jean-François Vlacic

Trainer: Davide Satalia

Breeder: Ecurie de Theyss

Rider: Lucas Zuliani

The fully unraced runners got the lion's share in this section. Secret d’Etat (Vision d’Etat) was ridden aggressively and led the field. Jagwar (Karaktar), a brother to the French National winner D’Jango (Balko), challenged him in the last turn but soon had to give way as Secret d’Etat left him at 6 lengths with Prince de Galles (It’s Gino), first held up, finished strongly in third at a further one length.

The favourite Authentique Cotte (Estejo) never left the rear guard and was pulled up in the back straight.

Secret d’Etat is one of the few last runners by Vision d’Etat (Chichicastenango), who died suddenly in March 2018.

Nougatissime (Great Pretender) is the winner's dam. She won over fences and hurdles, also at Auteuil, and Secret d’Etat is her first foal. She also gave a 2yo colt by Jeu St Eloi, Passwork, and a yearling Nirvana du Berlais filly.

This is, however, the family of good performers over the flat, such as Keltos (Kendor) and Krataios (Sabrehill).

Nougatissime was sold to Robert Collet at Arqana in February 2014. Jean-François Vlacic, owner of Secret d’Etat, had bought her for €6,000.

HARFANG (c2), GB by Siyouni ex Vorda (Orpen)

Prix du Pré d’Auge (Maiden 2-year-olds, 1,200m), October 18, Deauville

Owner: Abdullah Bin Khalifa Al Thani

Trainer: Jean-Claude Rouget

Breeder: Al Shahania Stud

Rider: Cristian Demuro

The only colt in the race, Harfang (Siyouni), proved to be well-behaved in the lead, as he won in style with two and a half lengths to spare over his pursuers. Both well-bred Sahara Spring (Dream Ahead) and Najwaa (Invincible Spirit) completed the frame and shouldn't wait too long for a first win.

The winner is out of Vorda (Orpen), a Darley Prix Morny and Cheveley Park Stakes winner. All a her offspring of racing age has won already, including Saiga (Teofilo), winner of the Prix Caravelle (L).

Vorda was sold for €9,000 at the Arqana October sales in 2012 to Philippe Sogorb, her trainer. Harfang was unsold at £425,000 at Tattersalls October sales and still belongs to his breeder.

PERFETTO (f2), IRE by Reliable Man ex Fill My Heart (Peintre Célèbre)

Prix du Val Vert (Maiden 2-year-olds, 1,600m/1m), October 13, ParisLongchamp

Owner: Fair Salina Ltd

Trainer: Pia & Joakim Brandt

Breeders: Fair Salina Ltd, Pia Brandt

Rider: Mickaël Barzalona

Favourite Duc de Kent (Zelzal) was once again unable to reach the frame in 4th place despite a nice finish. Also ridden close to the pace, Top Daay (Adaay) couldn't quite hold off the beginner Perfetto (Reliable Man). Also unraced, El Cazador (Recoletos) took third place at a short neck, having also run close.

A sister to By My Side (Siyouni), Perfetto is the 4th winner out of Fill My Heart (Peintre Célèbre), a full sister to the great Pride (Peintre Célèbre).

Pia Brandt bought Perfetto for €20,000. A yearling brother by Saxon Warrior (Deep Impact) is listed at Arqana.

FLIGHT LEADER (c2), GB by Frankel ex Principal Role (Empire Maker)

Prix du Jeu de l’Oie (2-year-old maiden colts and geldings, 1,800m/1m1f), October 12, Chantilly

Owner: Succession Khalid Abdullah

Trainer: André Fabre

Breeder: Juddmonte Farms Ireland Ltd

Rider: Mickaël Barzalona

On very soft ground, the favourite Land of Dragons (Lope de Vega) travelled outside the leader Silawi (Dubawi) and faded in the last stages. However, Flight Leader (Frankel) seemed to relish the extra furlong after his shorter debut at ParisLongchamp as he dashed from the 2nd row to prevail over Silawi, beaten two lengths, as Atto Di Fede (Kingman)stayed on in third at a length and a half.

By Frankel out of Principal Role (Empire Maker), a triple Listed winner in Britain, Flight Leader is the dam's sixth foal. The eldest sibling, a gelding named Examiner (Distorted Humor), won a few races in the USA. Right Flank (War Front) won in the UAE, and Lory (Uncle Mo) also in the US. It's a Juddmonte bloodline that did well in America and France as the 3rd dam Intermission (Stage Door Johnny) gave the Prix Maurice de Gheest 1987 winner, Interval (Habitat).

Amongst the Principal Role offspring that went to the sales, Roll Call (Into Mischief), a sister to Flight Leader, was bought as a broodmare by Rathbran Bloodstock for £70,000.

KEZIAH (f2), FRA by No Nay Never ex Rhodalia (Galileo)

Prix du Temple de Vénus (2-year-old maiden fillies, 1,800m/9f), October 12, Chantilly

Owners: Guy Heald, Ecurie des Monceaux, Ecurie Loïck Fouchet

Trainer: Henri-Alex Pantall

Breeders: Ecurie des Monceaux, Ecurie Loïck Fouchet

Rider: Maxime Guyon

The two first fillies home in this Prix du Temple de Venus were beginners and ran in 1’51’’76, slightly faster than the colts. Both the winner Keziah (No Nay Never) and the favourite Wise Girl (Recoletos) were held up early while Australiana (Australia) and Eau de Cologne (Cloth of Stars) were sent to the lead. Only one furlong out did the closing Keziah and Wise Girl take over when the supplemented Epoustouflante (Almanzor) moved away from the rail. Finally, Wise Girl, who had more ground to make up, finished almost a length behind Keziah, with Epoustouflante third another length behind.

The winner's dam Rhodalia (Galileo), is owned by the filly's owners, Ecurie des Monceaux and Écurie Loïck Fouchet. Keziah is the second foal out of the dam, who ran in -handicaps in France. The second dam Royal Highness (Monsun), is a multiple Gr1-placed mare in France and a Beverley D. Stakes (Gr1) winner for Ecurie des Monceaux. At stud, she gave Free Port Lux (Oasis Dream) a Prix Hocquart (Gr2) and Prix Dollar (Gr2) winner. Other Gr1 winners are featured in this bloodline, such as Yibir (Dubawi), winner of the Breeders’ Cup Turf (Gr1), or the Dubai World Cup victor Electrocutionist (Red Ransom).

Royal Highness's offspring proves to be immensely popular in sales. King of England (Galileo) was sold as a yearling for €500,000 by Waratah Thoroughbreds in 2011. Emirates Comfort (Dubawi) also reached half a million euros when awarded to John Ferguson, Rose Highness (Galileo) was sold for €560,000 to Michael Wallace Bloodstock for China Horse Club International Ltd, and Agnella (Dubawi) was purchased by Koji Maeda for €650,000.

Rhodalia also was sold as a yearling when Meridian International paid €310,000 to secure her. Keziah went to the ring six years later and made her trainer pay €240,000 to get her in 2020.

JANE DE LA BRUNIE (f3), FRA by Bathyrhon and Chitta (Saint of Saints)

Prix Beaurepaire (3-year-old fillies unraced over jumps, Hurdles, 3,600m/2m2f), Sunday 29 May, ParisLongchamp

Owners: Jacques Crouzillac, Palmyr Racing, Alexandra Gourdon

Trainer: Lageneste & Macaire

Breeders: Jacques Crouzillac, Alexandra Gourdon, Guillaume Macaire

Rider: Lucas Zuliani

The two fillies who had already won over the flat filled the first two places home. The winner Jane de la Brunie (Bathyrhon) had won on September 4 over 1m5f at Pompadour, while Edwina (Martinborough), who came to challenge her near the post with a fine finish, had won in August at Beaupréau, near Angers.

However, it was the third-placed, the AQPS complete beginner Je Garde (Kapgarde), who led the race with Jane de la Brunie trailing her as Dalsadame (Great Pretender), another beginner, was travelling at her side. Bakala (Diamond Green), also with them on the frontline, fell in the back straight. In the final turn and off the bend, Je Garde still led but couldn't quite keep up after the last jump, Jane de la Brunie taking off as Edwina was trying to catch her in the run-in, only to finish at half a length with Je Garde staying on bravely in 3rd at 4.5 lengths, five lengths ahead of Dalsadame.

Bred by her owners, Jane de la Brunie is the first of three foals out of Chitta (Saint of Saints), a winner in Gemozac. Her 2-year-old gelding brother by Nicaron is in the same stable, and they have a weanling sister by Tunis.

FIRST MINISTER (c3), IRE by Galileo ex Naples Bay (Giant's Causeway)

Prix As d'Atout (Unraced 2-year-old colts and geldings, 1,500m/7.5f), October 6, Saint-Cloud

Owners: Michael Tabor, Westerberg, Derrick Smith, Susan Magnier

Trainer: André Fabre

Breeder: Naples Bay Syndicate

Rider: Mickaël Barzalona

The favourite First Minister (Galileo) took the lead outside Sosino (New Approach) and Siyatann (Holy Roman Emperor). Circeo (Pastorius) soon joined them, and they kept going until the 2-furlong pole. First Minister took over then, but he was never able to relax as Night of Lightning (Night of Thunder) had come from the rear to challenge him all the way, only to get beat by a mere head.

Sosino stayed on in third place at 2.5 lengths.

First Minister succeeded good horses like Trais Fluors or Study of Man in this beginners' race.

First Minister is out of Naples Bay (Giant(s Causeway), a filly bred in 2008 who did well in the USA with Christophe Clément, winning two Gr3s at 4 and 6. At stud, she gave four winners, First Minister being the first to be trained in France.

Naples Bay is a sister to the great sire Medaglia d'Oro (El Prado), sire of 26 Gr1 winners.

First Minister's full sister was sold for £230,000 at the latest Tattersalls sales by BBA Ireland.

AUTUMN STARLIGHT (f3), GB by Lope de Vega ex Falling Leaves (Galileo)

Prix Ténébreuse (Unraced 2-year-old fillies, 1,500m/7.5f), October 6, Saint-Cloud

Owner: Peter-David Savill

Trainer: Stéphane Wattel

Breeders: Ecurie des Monceaux, Beauregards Bloodstock, Rifa Mustang Europe LTD

Rider: Christophe Soumillon

The three fillies sired by Lope de Vega (Galileo) in the race finished in the top 4. Prija (Shalaa) led outside Liwa Oasis (Lope de Vega). Saadiyat (Lope de Vega), racing for Epona Bloodstock with Prija, came along first and 2 out. The leading trio started to drift away, but Autumn Starlight (Lope de Vega) managed to make up the lost ground and finally held on to win by a small length, beating Saadiyat, with Prija two lengths behind, half a length ahead of Liwa Oasis. The others finished at 4 lengths...

Autumn Starlight is inbred with Galileo through her sire Lope de Vega and her dam, Falling Leaves (Galileo).

Falling Leaves never ran: she's a full sister to the good Delphinia, Delano Roosevelt and Indian Maharaja, all winners at 2. Falling Leaves is out of the excellent Again (Danehill Dancer), a Gr1 winner at 2, and an Irish One Thousand Guineas (Gr1) winner at 3.

This is the maternal family of the great Montjeu (Galileo), who also sired Aclaim (Acclamation), a Prix de la Forêt (Gr1) winner.

The three foals out of Falling Leaves were sent to Arqana, including Autumn Starlight. Consigned by le Haras des Monceaux, her trainer Stéphane Wattel bought her for €150,000. A Kingman (Invincible Spirit) sister to the filly was awarded last Summer to Paul Nataf at Arqana for € 260,000 €.
