France Galop Members' Department, your new customers service
The range of the Owners Department's activities, founded more than twelve years ago under Edouard de Rothschild's first term as President of France Galop, has been extended to all horsemen, breeders and riders alike. Its new name is Racing Members Department (Département des acteurs des courses, or DAC).
It no longer makes sense to restrict France Galop's promoting actions to owners' only. Owners, partners, breeders, trainers, bloodstock agents, racing manager and riders should benefit from a dedicated support to their daily needs and questions. Issues as varied as accreditation, identification and use of the services offered by France Galop, hospitality and catering adapted to new trends, assistance in the promotion of new concepts to promote the development of ownership are all encompassed by the DAC's perimeter.
Whatever your experience and status in the world of racing, the DAC is likely to help you in your bookings and the organization of your visits to all our racecourses, training centers and even the racing authorities.
The department is run by five employees under the responsibility of Katy Menini. Their role and contact details are detailed following this message. Edouard de Rothschild and his teams have chosen to focus on daily action, the quality of hospitality, rather than major recruitment campaigns or a forced digitization of human relationships, more spectacular but sometimes unsuited to set up personalized relationships. It is a work of ant that never stops and exceeds the perimeter of a standard customers' service at France Galop, and even of France Galop itself.
