The France Galop members, including owners, breeders, trainers and jockeys, elected their representatives at the national and regional levels from 9 national lists and 17 regional lists. The term of office for all elected members is four years.

On Tuesday, 31 October 2023, electronic votes were counted by the Electoral Commission (chaired by Pierre-Yves Lefèvre and composed by Amaury de Lencquesaing, Gérald Hovelacque, Mr Jean-Daniel Bretzner and Mr William Feugère) under the supervision of a bailiff at the France Galop headquarters.
