The best hurdler of her generation at 3 and 4, De Bon Coeur (Vision d'Etat), now 5, has now dominated her elders a second time in the Prix Hypothese Hurdle (Gr3), Sunday at Auteuil.

Homebred by Jacques Détré and Haras de Saint-Voir, she led most of the 2m3 1/2f -long trip and won unextended by 6 lengths over her stablemate Alex de Larredya (Crillon), who had been spared as much as it could but couldn't really threaten the young mare in the end, who was carrying 1st1Lbs less than him. François Nicolle trains both of them ...

It was a 10th victory for De Bon Coeur for a total of eleven races. She's now earned €680,000, has already won two Group 1 Hurdle races and is more than ever a favorite for the next French Champion Hurdle, the Grande Course de Haies d'Auteuil (Gr1) on May 20th, Grand Steeple-Chase de Paris Day.

Jacques Détré's coulours had already shined on Sunday with 4yo Lou Buck's (Buck's Boum), undefeated after 3 hurdle races as he prevailed in the €65,000 Prix Virelan Hurdle. Bred in the Nièvre by Thierry Cyprès, he's owned by Jacques Détré, François Seigneur, Edward Walsh, Olivier Rauscent and his breeder, with whom all these owners regularly associate on weanlings. Bipolaire (Fragrant Mix) is an other example of such a partnership.

Although she veered in the run-in of the 3yo Beginners' Hurdle Prix Auricula, Listenmania (Martaline) dominated the leading Fanfan des Brières (Cima de Triomphe), who lost in second place to Tytonidae (Timos) after trying to hold the winner.

Listenmania is out of Miss Aubane (Kahyasi), a full sister to champion chasing mare Perfect Impulse (Martaline).
