What is a Racing Club ?
Also known as an "Ecurie de Groupe", a Racing Club is a popular form of ownership that invloves grouping together an unlimited number of people into the ownership of one or more horses. The horse(s) will race under the Racing Club's name and will carry the Racing Club's dedicated colours.
How to join a Racing Club ?
The approach is simple, you can have a look at the list of Racing Clubs further down this page. Different information is provided such as their location, their chosen/preferred discipline, the number of shares available as well as a point of contact (phone number and/or email). You can therefore contact the Racing Club Manager directly and talk to them to find out more and take a share in the Racing Club.

Before getting approval for your Racing Club, a legal structure must first be created. France Galop accepts various forms of partnership or capital companies, but the most common is the SAS (Société par Actions Simplifiée - Simplified joint stock company, in English).
