The Government presented yesterday the mapping of the epidemic and the placement in the Reinforced Alert Zone (ZAR) of Paris and the inner suburbs. France Galop takes note of this announcement and its impact on the organization of the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at the ParisLongchamp racecourse on October 3 and 4.
According to Government announcements on Wednesday, September 23, the maximum attendance at public events will be lowered from 5,000 to 1,000 people in the ZARs. Pending the publication of the official decree specifying the terms and their application by the Police Department, France Galop decides to suspend the sale of tickets reserved for its members to the events.
Following the latest Government measures, France Galop works on developing the reception system which will remain for racing professionals, while respecting the opening restrictions and regulation.
