FOLLOWMEIFUCAN (F3), (IRE) b Elusive City ex Russiana (Red Ransom)
Prix d’Aurigny (Maiden, 3yo Fillies, 1,300m Fibresand), June 29, Deauville

Owner : Écurie Patrick Klein & Écurie du Haras du Cadran
Trainer : Carlos & Yann Lerner
Breeder : Écurie Patrick Klein, Écurie du Haras du Cadran, Jean-Louis Burgat
Rider : Cristian Demuro

Nice update for Followmeifucan's family, as she won his first race only a week before her second walk on Deauville's ring! It was her eighth race, the fourth this season, and the second on this 6 1/2f trip after she raced on distances from 6f to almost a mile.

She started in the Prix des Marettes, a tough call for beginners, in August at Deauville, and finished third at 3 lengths of 2nd placed Senga (Blame), and was also entered in the Prix Marcel Boussac (Gr1) and the Criterium de Maisons-Laffitte (Gr3).

To win this, she was held up despite a good start in a race drum led by a fast Babylove (Zafeen), and ended up closing late on Red Chois (Select) and Iken Water (Kyllachy) , who had been fighting each other for a while. Good finish also for the late Moon Eclipse (Paco Boy), who missed a bronze medal by a head.

Russiana, Followmeifucan's dam, was sold in foal to the winning filly for €90,000 by Wertheimer & Frère at the 2013 Deauville Breeding sale. She was later bought back €100,000 as a yearling by the Haras du Cadran, her co-breeder, and she is entered in the Arqana Summer Sale.

Her 2nd dam Trumbaka (In The Wings) won the Prix de Flore (Gr3) and Corrida (Gr3).

HIGHEST ROCKEUR (C3), (GB) by Lawman ex Rajastani (Zamindar)
Prix d’Alderney (Maiden, 3yo C&G, 1,300m Fibresand), June 29, Deauville

Owner : Écurie Jean-Louis Bouchard
Trainer : Pascal Bary
Breeder : Écurie Skymarc Farm
Rider : Thierry Thulliez

Pretty much a masculine impression of the equivalent fillies' race as Highest Rockeur came from the rear to put things right with an offensive Tutankamon (Siyouni) fighting hard after a troubled path by the rail. It is also a welcome update for Highest Rockeur's breeder, Chryss O'Reilly (Skymarc Farm), since she will be consigning his brother by Acclamation at the upcoming Arqana August sales.

Highest Rockeur himself, first foal out of the precocious Rajastani, second in the Prix d'Aumale (Gr3) and 3rd in the Prix des Réservoirs (Gr3), was sold €70,000 to Gérard Larrieu (Chantilly Bloodstock) at Deauville for owner Jean-Louis Bouchard. His 3rd dam is Vadsagreya (Linamix), bred by Jean-Luc Lagardère, whom Skymarc bought a daughter, Rocky Mistress (Rock of Gibraltar) at the Arqana Summer Sale for €42,000. Æ winner at Durtal in the West Provinces for her new owner, Rocky Mistress then gave three winners including Rajastani.

FRIZZANTO (C2), FRA by Dabirsim ex Fière (Authorized)
Prix Prince Bio (Unraced, 2yo C&G, 1 200m), July 2, Saint-Cloud

Owner : Stall RBA
Trainer : Mario Hofer
Breeder : Peter Vogt
Rider : Cristian Demuro

Trained in Germany by Mario Hofer but bred in Normandy by Peter Vogt, Frizzanto took over Energy Chop (Deportivo) 2 out and then handily held African Sky (Shamardal) off to win by three parts of a length.

He's the first foal out of Fière, who also won for Peter Vogt and trainer François Doumen rated 67.

Howevern this family traces back to Epsom Derby winner Shahrastani.

Frizzanto has once again proved his sire Dabirsim right. He's got 7 yearlings in the Arqana August Yearlings sale and 8 others on the V.2 sale that week. Dabirsim is the sire of Albany STakes (Gr3) winner Different League.

STELLA DI CAMELOT (PHOTO - F2), IRE by Camelot ex Star Force (Blu Air Force)
Prix Rose Royale (Unraced, 2yoF, 1,200m), July 2  juillet, Saint-Cloud

Owner : Antabell Srl
Trainer : Gianluca Bietolini
Breeder : Azienda Agricola Stefano Luciani
Rider : Vincent Cheminaud

A convincing win for the first Camelot filly to run in France,  Stella di Camelot, easily taking over and resisting Love and Peace (Linngari) et Parigote (Dream Ahead).

Bred in Ireland by Italian owners, Stella di Camelot was sold €50,000 to her trainer at the Milan sales.

A winner in Italy, Star Force, Stella's dam, is a sister to Blu Constellation (Orpen), champion 2yo in Italy, winner of the 2010 Critérium de Maisons-Laffitte (Gr3) en 2010.

He also won the Premio Primi Passi (Gr3), like Ipompieridiviggiu (Pastoral Pursuits) this season.

Twelve Camelot yearlings are listed in the Arqana August sale at Deauville.

Stella di Camelot is the 2nd foal out of Star Force after an unraced Power filly. She's got a yearling brother by Worthadd.
