The 56 members of the France Galop committee met on Tuesday, 12 December 2023, and elected Guillaume de Saint-Seine as the new President of France Galop for a four-year term that starts today.

Guillaume de Saint-Seine received 29 votes and was elected in the 2nd round.

 

Guillaume de Saint-Seine biography

Guillaume de Saint-Seine, aged 62, is based in Paris. He has bred and owned racehorses for nearly 35 years. He has been a member of France Galop’s committee since 2015 and was a member of the board between 2016 and 2019.

Guillaume de Saint-Seine has spent most of his career in the financial services sector in Paris and London, at the heart of French and international banking institutions. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of his institution, in charge of relationships with major clients, mainly in the financial and sovereign institutions sector.
He is a graduate of IEP Paris and holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University.
