MAR ADENTRO sprints into the limelight at Maisons-Laffitte!

Despite favouring longer distances, MAR ADENTRO, ridden by Thierry Jarnet, dazzled the crowds over 6 furlongs at Maisons-Laffitte, unveiling a talent for short distances which was a surprise to everyone...except his trainer, Richard Chotard.
DERISON and LE VALENTIN raced home to take the second and third spots on the podium of the Prix de la ville de Maisons-Laffitte.
The scorching sunshine which enveloped the racecourse gave the perfect atmosphere to this country picnic. The delighted spectators enjoyed a delicious feast in the fresh air, as they topped up their tans under the warm rays. Inspired by the countryside ambience around the racecourse, the painting competition organised especially for the event gave rise to a wonderful range of colourful canvases.
